The brief

We were tasked to do a name generation and logo development for an internal staff induction programme. In addition, client wanted to create a board game to form part of their staff induction training.

The purpose of the game is to make the training interactive and engaging to further entrench the various themes and ensure absorption and comprehension of the content communicated during the training.

The solution

As Motus Financial Services is the largest and leading automotive related financial services provider, the board game has a car-related theme with numerous stops at the Group companies.

The game contained model cars as the tokens and question cards. The cards included questions relating to the induction programme, the different businesses, their service and product offerings. Answering the question correctly enabled the participant to move and progress. Once through the checkered flag, a prize!

All packaged in an easy to carry box.
